Entry Fee: $60.00 per team, with a max of $200.00 per school. This covers JV, Varsity and Middle School Runners for both boy's and girl's.  Teams with less then 5 runners will be $10.00/per entry.  The check must be received before race day unless special arrangements are made with the athletic office to bring it the day of the meet.

Race Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - Girl's High School - Team and Open

9:45 a.m. - Boy's High School  - Team and Open

10:30 a.m. - Girl's Middle School - Team and Open

11:00 a.m. - Boy's Middle School - Team and Open

Entry Procedure: Roster/Division - High School select Varsity for all athletes.  Middle School select Middle School for all athletes
Entries are due no later than Wednesday, August 31 at 5:00 pm Central Time - Online Entry Form
Entry Procedure:

1. Create an Account or Log into an Existing Account

2. Add your Roster or Update your Existing Roster

3. Select Meets and Enter your Athletes into the Meet

Special Note: If you are a new coach of a team and cannot register, please contact TRXC Timing at 314-522-6176 so we can transfer the existing school roster to your new account.

Website: We will post all entries on our website by Thursday, September 1st, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.. The website address is www.trxctiming.com  Results also will be posted after the conclusion of the meet on this site.
Awards: High School - Can be picked up at the school entrance by the victory bell after each race is scored.  The top two (2) teams will receive a trophy.  Individuals placing 1st - 3rd will receive plaques 4th - 20th will receive medals.

Middle School - The top two (2) teams will receive a trophy.  Individuals finishing 1st - 20th will receive medals.

Coaches: There will no one permitted in the high school building at anytime.
Concessions: There will be concessions and t-shirts ($12.00) sold at the meet.  Pop, hotdogs, candy, etc.. All proceeds go to the Marlington Cross Country program.

Restrooms: All athletes, coaches, and spectators, must use the restrooms located behind and under the home bleachers.
