TRXC Timing Road Race Services Fees

1.  TRXC Timing Fees for Conducting Race Finishline & Results with Pull Tags: 

$400.00 MINIMUM AND $1.00 PER ENTRY AFTER 200 (entries up to 200 will be billed @ $400.00/entries of 200 or more will be billed @ $400.00 min + $1.00 per entry after 200, e.g., 243 entries = $443.00.  This fee includes workers and all timing/results equipment.  Pre-race entry data to be provided by the race director via email in excel spreadsheet format.  Data input of race day entries is $3.00 per entry.  Invoice for all race fees will be mailed the week following your event.  Contact Denise with questions.

2.  TRXC Timing Fees for Conducting Race Finishline & Results with Reusable Chip Timing: 

$500.00 Minimum and $2.00 per entry over 200 entries, e.g., 243 entries = $586.00
Pre-race entry data will be provided by race director via email in an Excel spreadsheet.  Bib numbers can be purchased from TRXC unless otherwise agreed upon (1) Fee includes all timing equipment, finishline workers and posting of results to TRXC website.  Race day registration personnel must be provided by the race unless otherwise agreed upon with TRXC scoring team. Data input of race day entries is $3.00 per entry.  Races will be responsible for collecting chips – TRXC will assess a $5.00/chip penalty for unreturned chips.  Contact Denise with questions.

3.  TRXC Timing Fees for Conducting Race Finishline & Results with Disposable Chip Timing: 

$700.00 Minimum and $3.00 per entry over 200 entries, e.g., 243 entries = $829.00. 
Pre-race entry data will be provided by race director via email in an Excel spreadsheet.  Bib numbers can be purchased from TRXC unless otherwise agreed upon (1) Fee includes all timing equipment, finishline workers and posting of results to TRXC website.  Race day registration personnel must be provided by the race unless otherwise agreed upon with TRXC scoring team.  Data input of race day entries is $3.00 per entry.  Contact Denise with questions.
