k. Click [Add].
l. Click [Return] to return to the events.
m. Continue through the events until you complete your entries.
n. On the meet event page, you can print your entries by clicking on {Print} (top right corner). The report will be produced in two forms – by event and by athlete.
5. Managing Your Roster:
1. From this point forward, you can manage the following items:
a. Change athletes from varsity to junior varsity or vice-versa. *
b. Change an athlete’s performance time/mark.
c. Add an athlete to an event. **
d. Make relay substitutions.
e. Scratch an athlete.
* Some meets are varsity only meets (i.e., MSHSAA Districts), while others will offer both varsity and junior varsity divisions. You can change athletes from junior varsity to varsity and varsity to junior varsity. However, when entering a meet that has both divisions, athletes cannot cross lines. They are either varsity or junior varsity—not both.
** The MSHSAA Districts restrict the addition of athletes to an event after the Monday 4:00 p.m. deadline. Coaches can only make substitutions, one-for-one, until the Wednesday 4:00 p.m. deadline. For example, if you have one 100 meter hurdler entered by the Monday deadline, you cannot add a second hurdler; you can only substitute for the original hurdle entry by the Wednesday deadline.
