BUS PARKING: Team should arrive from the North 6th Street to Clinton Avenue entrance (this is the drop-off for athletes)  Buses cannot park in the circle drive.  Bus parking is located at NORTH CAMPUS on the NE corner of HWY 34 and 6th Street.  This lot is huge and is located across the street from Shopko and County Market.  Bus drivers can be called and buses can then be moved to the circle drive at the end of the meet for athlete pickup.
FACILITY: Huff Athletic Center Field House – 200m, 6 lane track with Mondo surface
TIME:

Coaches Meeting—9:00 a.m.            Field Event -10:00 a.m.         Track Events - 10:00 a.m.
AWARDS: Medals 1st-6th place in individual events; Medals 1st-6th place in relays
ENTRY LIMITS: 2 entries per event.  1 relay per team.
ENTRY FEES: $150.00 per gender or $300.00 for combined girls and boys entry. Please make all checks payable to GALESBURG HIGH SCHOOL.
MEET ENTRIES: Entries must be submitted online at by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012.  No late entries will be accepted. Online Entry Form
CHANGES/SCRATCHES: Coaches can manage their roster until Friday, March 16, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Scratches/Changes

MEET CONDUCT: Meet Rules—IHSA Track & Field rules will be followed.
SPIKE POLICY: ¼ or less PYRAMID spikes only.  No pins.  No Christmas trees.
TEAM CAMPS: Team camps will be set up in Glennie Gym bleachers.  No camps on the main floor of the Huff Center .  No spikes in the Glennie Gym area which will also be used for warm-up.
LOCKER ROOMS: Locker rooms/bathrooms are available in the swimming pool locker area and on the balcony overlooking the track.
TRAINER: Trainer will be available during the track meet for injury or illness.
PARKING:

Team should arrive from the North 6th Street to Clinton Avenue entrance.
