Coaches packet pickup:

Coaches can pick-up their school packets on the south side of the clubhouse beginning at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.  Media can pick up credentials and materials in the clubhouse beginning at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

Coaches meeting:

Inspection of the Course:

The golf course has been reserved for 3:30 p.m. on Friday (the day before the state meet) and for all day the day of the meet. The cross country course is on a public golf course; therefore, it is emphasized again, COACHES AND RUNNERS ARE NOT TO BE ON THE COURSE UNTIL AFTER 3:30 p.m. ON FRIDAY (the course may be opened before 3:30 p.m. if the course preparations have been completed prior to that time).

Class 1 Boys - 9:00 a.m.
Class 2 Boys - 9:35 a.m.
Class 1 Girls - 10:10 a.m.
Class 2 Girls - 10:50 a.m.
Class 3 Girls - 11:30 a.m.
Class 4 Boys -12:05 p.m.
Class 3 Boys -12:35 p.m.
Class 4 Girls -  1:05 p.m.

Shuttle Information:

The Jefferson City Convention and Visitors Bureau will operate a FREE shuttle bus during the State Cross Country Meet as a convenience to parents and fans and to facilitate the parking situation in and around Hough Park. Please reference the map below and the schedule on the backside for locations and times.

We encourage you to inform parents and fans to utilize the shuttle bus and join us in expressing appreciation to the Jefferson City Convention and Visitors Bureau for providing this fine service. Please feel free to duplicate this map and send home to interested parents.

First Bus - 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.; Second Bus - 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
