| Scratches/Changes: | Coaches can manage their roster until Wednesday, May 18 at 4:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes |
| Bus Parking: | Buses should park on the upper parking lot |
| Concession Stand: | Will be available |
| T-Shirts: | Will be sold |
| Spikes: | 1/4" pyramid or less |
| Bullpen: | Located on the West end of the track |
| Tape or Markings: | Absolutely no tape on runways or jumping areas. Tennis balls and chalk are O.K. |
| Spectator Areas: | All non participants should remain in the bleachers, in their tents or behind the fence surrounding the track. Teams may not warm up on the baseball fields. |
| Tents: | May be set-up on the grassy areas outside of the fence surrounding the track. |
| Weigh Ins: | No later than 11:00 a.m. All throwing implements must be weighted in and checked by the field event referee prior to coaches meeting. |
| Locker/Restrooms: | Restrooms will be available in the outdoor venue only. School building will not be accessible |
