| Coaches Meeting: | 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd floor of the Press Box. |
| Scratches/Changes: | Coaches can manage their roster until Wednesday, May 13 at 4:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes |
| Bus Parking: | We will have parking attendants direct the buses the correct area. Please enter thru the Northwest gate and drop off your athletes and then the attendants will show you where to park your bus. |
| Spikes: | No longer than 1/8 inch - pyramid style only. |
| Bullpen: | Will be at the Northwest corner of the track under the pavilion. |
| Tape or Markings: | No tape is allowed on the runways or track. Please use tennis balls. |
| Spectator Areas: | We will have bleachers on both sides of the track. Please stay behind the roped off area. |
| Tents: | Tents can be put up on the North side of the track. |
| Weigh Ins: |
Check in will be in front of the Press Box by the stairs. |
| Locker/Restrooms: | No locker rooms available. Restrooms are on the west side of the Press Box. |
| Medical Arrangements: | We will have a doctor or a trainer available during the Sectional meet. |
