Coaches Meeting:

8:45 a.m. on the Bleachers in front of Crow's Nest.

Additional Qualifiers: Coaches who have a 3rd or 4th athlete in an event who has met the MSHSAA District Qualifying Standard must submit the following information  - Athlete's Name, Performance, Site of Performance and Date of Performance to Harvey Richards for approval before those athletes can be entered.
Entries: Entries are due no later then Monday, May 4 at 4:00 p.m.  Online Entry Form
Scratches/Changes: Coaches can manage their roster until Wednesday, May 6 at 4:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes
Bus Parking: East side of track - football lot.
Concession Stand: South Harrison H.S. will provide concession stand.
T-Shirts: Will be available.
Spikes: 1/8" pyramid spikes on running/jumping surfaces.  The shot put and discus surfaces are concrete.  Athletes with spikes in excess of 1/8" will be disqualified from further competition.
Bullpen: Located in the Northwest corner of the track.
Tape or Markings: Each school please supply.
Spectator Areas: Stands are located on the East and West side of the track.
Tents: Outside of fence only; none by finish line.
Weigh Ins: Shotput/discus will be weighed.
Locker/Restrooms: Restrooms will be available.
Medical Arrangements: Harrison County EMS will be notified of the track meet that day.
