Coaches Meeting: 8:30 a.m. Locker room facility on SE corner of the track.
Additional Qualifiers: Coaches who have a 3rd or 4th athlete in an event who has met the MSHSAA District Qualifying Standard must submit the following information  - Athlete's Name, Performance, Site of Performance and Date of Performance to Harvey Richards for approval before those athletes can be entered.
Entries: Entries are due no later then Monday, May 4 at 4:00 p.m.  Online Entry Form
Scratches/Changes: Coaches can manage their roster until Wednesday, May 6 at 4:00 p.m. Scratches/Changes
Bus Parking: Park in main lot onf West side of the facillity.
Concession Stand: Will be available and provided by Willard H. S.
T-Shirts: Will be sold.
Spikes: 1/8" pyramid spikes will be permitted.
Bullpen:

North end of football field; set of bleachers there.

Tape or Markings: Permanent flags will be availabe to set up; bring own tape measures.
Spectator Areas: Main grand stands on West side of track; field event spectating areas will be marked.
Tents: Tents are allowed outside of track area but not on the football field.
Weigh Ins: Need to bring own scale; set up whenever you want.
Locker/Restrooms: Restrooms only.
Medical Arrangements: Athletic trainers will be provided.
