Race Information:	There will be twenty medals and two team plaques awarded in each race.  All Medals will be handed out in the chute.  Team awards will be presented at the awards ceremony following the Jr. Varsity race.

Reminders:	Remind all athletes of the uniform and jewelry rule. Several marshals will be stationed throughout the course for all races.  They are there to give direction to runners and note any infractions.
Course Information:	Buses should park and unload in the parking lot on Charbonier Road just past the maintenance shed on the left.
